Hi Paige,

Yep, turkey day is almost upon us. Usually the week before Thanksgiving I bake a turkey for my hubby’s company thing.

I usually make sandwiches and soup out of the leftovers, though a couple of times I did make lasagna. I’ll have to discus the turkey curry dish with my daughter, she’s the curry expert at my house.
