1.EGG DROP SOUP
A traditional favorite.

2. CHANG’S CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
Their version of the classic with fresh shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes and cilantro in spicy chicken broth.

3. CHANG’S SPICY CHICKEN
Lightly dusted and stir-fried in a sweet Sichuan sauce.

4. SESAME CHICKEN
Tender chicken, broccoli, red bell peppers and onions in a spicy sesame sauce.

5. SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN
Stir-fried with pineapple, bell peppers and onions in a sweet & sour sauce.

6. CHICKEN WITH BLACK BEAN SAUCE
Slices of chicken in a mild black bean sauce.

7. MU SHU CHICKEN
A Chinese classic served with julienne vegetables, hoisin sauce and thin pancakes.

8. ORANGE PEEL CHICKEN
Tossed with chili peppers and fresh orange peel for a spicy, citrus combination.

9. MONGOLIAN BEEF
Their signature dish, quickly-cooked with scallions and garlic.

I love Chinese food. And as much as I LOVE chocolate and raspberries, I don't think I'd have room for that dessert. (Of course that could have something to do with scorpion bowl I would drink with dinner. *g*)

My mother, sister and I had lunch at PF Chang's last Saturday. So good! Their steamed pork filled dumpling were fabulous as was the chicken with cashews and almonds.

Now you're making me hungry!
