Thirteen Things I Did When My Hubby And I Went to Hawaii!

  1. Went to the beach
  2. Had breakfast on the lanai outside our hotel room every morning
  3. Walked down to Waikiki every night for dinner
  4. Hiked up to Diamond Head
  5. Ate dinner at the California Pizza Kitchen (more than once, the food was so good!)
  6. Learned how to do the hula
  7. Took a day trip to Maui
  8. Read Wicked Night Games by Kathleen Lawless (very hot book, btw!)
  9. Tasted poi
  10. Went to Haleakala Crater National Park
  11. Jumped in a shark cage and came nose to nose with Galapagos and Gray Reef sharks
  12. Didn’t turn on the television once
  13. Had an absolutely wonderful time!

You have more nerve than I do. No way would I jump in a cage to look at sharks.

Didn’t turn on the TV once… That alone would be worth the price of airfare and hotel. Really.

Bonnie – LOL! Actually, my hubby had to talk me into it a little bit, assuring me it was safe and everything. And it was. But it was really fun, even though the water was freezing!

Gwen – I’d definitely add it to your places-to-go list. It’s beautiful!

Ember – It so was! And yes, I’m getting lots of use out of the hula lessons! To my hubby’s delight! *grin*

Crystal – You’d love it!

Rhonda – I know what you mean. Isn’t it beautiful?!

Gina – Thanks!

Jennifer – I’d definitely recommend putting it on your list!

Debbie – LOL! We really didn’t mind the hike too much. And what a view from atop Diamondhead, don’t you think?!

Tempest – Thanks!

Elle – LOL! Thanks, we so did!

Heather – LOL! We couldn’t pet these guys, but I did pet a leaopard shark when we were at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and that was very cool! And yes, we had a great time!

Loribelle – It was!

Robin – LOL! No kidding!

Grace – We actually thought it tasted kind of bland. Not something we’d want to have on a regular basis. LOL!
