Ouch. Just looking at those poses makes my back hurt. If I didn't have to go to work the next day, I might try one or two…but being a writer, when do we have a day off. 🙂

I did Yoga for about a year. Bikram Yoga required a room 100 degrees or more which makes it tough to do at home.
