If I tried any of those, I wouldn't be able to move for a week. LOL Sure wish I was that limber. 🙂 Happy Thursday, Paige!

Wow. I couldn't do most (if any) of those – my back would never permit it! Ouch!

Happy TT!

K.S. Manning says November 4, 2010

Ouch. Just looking at those poses makes my back hurt. If I didn't have to go to work the next day, I might try one or two…but being a writer, when do we have a day off. 🙂

Happy T13!

Yoga and I just don't get along!!

Jennifer Leeland says November 4, 2010

I did Yoga for about a year. Bikram Yoga required a room 100 degrees or more which makes it tough to do at home.

Savannah Chase says November 4, 2010

I have tried a few and they are not all that easy….
